All content on this website, including but not limited to open-source code repositories, interactive demos, web games, visual experiments, graphics, logos, and written articles, is the intellectual property of Th3-C0der and is protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Website demos and source code are provided for educational and demonstration purposes.
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit proprietary code or assets without prior written consent.
- Open-source projects hosted on GitHub are governed by their respective individual open-source licenses (e.g., MIT License).
2. Donations & Payment Terms
Contributions made through this website (via Razorpay or GitHub Sponsors) are voluntary financial gifts and donations to support independent project development, server upkeep, maintenance of free online developer utilities, and content creation by Th3-C0der.
- Voluntary Support: Payments made on the Support page are non-commercial voluntary contributions. Making a donation does not create a commercial partnership, vendor-client relationship, or entitlement to equity.
- Payment Processors: Transactions are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways (Razorpay and GitHub Sponsors). We do not store or process your banking passwords, credit/debit card numbers, or CVVs.
- Currency: Contributions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) or US Dollars (USD $) as selected at checkout.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because payments made on this platform represent voluntary donations directly utilized for server costs and project maintenance, all completed transactions are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions: In the event of an unintended technical error, duplicate charge, or unauthorized transaction, please reach out to us at dvp.ai.ml@gmail.com within 7 business days with your payment ID and transaction receipt for prompt assistance.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
As this website provides digital services, open-source software, and voluntary support channels, no physical products or merchandise are shipped or delivered.
Any digital acknowledgements (such as your name, avatar, and review message appearing on the Supporters Wall) are delivered electronically and reflected immediately following payment confirmation.
5. Privacy Policy & Data Usage
We respect your privacy and handle your information with care:
- Publicly Displayed Info: If provided during a donation, your Name, GitHub username, avatar, donation amount, and optional review message may be displayed publicly on our Wall of Love / Supporters section.
- Confidential Info: Your email address and transaction IDs are kept strictly private and will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Cookies & Analytics: This website may use basic cookies, Google AdSense and analytics to improve user experience and monitor website performance.
